Every weekend, we fire up the grills and roll out the all-day long menu of Tasmania’s best meats, with your favourite sides, all served up fresh and hot straight to your plate.

At The Waggon, we’re huge believers in getting it right. We work hand in hand with local farmers and producers to make sure everything on your plate is as good as it can be, from tender, juicy meat to the freshest, crunchiest veggies around.
